Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational Solutions Architect experienced in both Google Dialogflow CX/CCAI and Amazon Connect. You will design end-to-end voice and digital contact-center solutions, drive architecture best practices, integrate enterprise systems, and implement GenAI-powered automation across Google Cloud and AWS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable solutions using Dialogflow CX/CCAI and Amazon Connect
- Define APIs, data mappings, integration specs, and high-level architecture
- Lead design of IVR, chatbots, NLP/ASR workflows, and omnichannel experiences
- Implement GenAI and LLM-based solutions using Vertex AI, Bedrock, Lex, SageMaker
- Integrate with CRMs and enterprise systems through secure APIs and event-driven flows
- Ensure cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and compliance on both AWS and Google Cloud
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Qualifications
- 710 years in driving large-scale solution and cloud architecture initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dialogflow CX/CCAI and Amazon Connect
- Deep knowledge of IVR, NLP, ASR, VXML, and conversational architecture
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, and modern AI/ML services
- Strong API design, backend integration, and cloud security experience
- Proficiency in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Bedrock) and GCP (Vertex AI, Pub/Sub)
Nice to Have:
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- Experience with Google CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, Q in Connect
- Background in speech processing and conversational AI
- Experience in regulated industries
- Agile environment experience
