We are seeking a talented Conversational AI Engineer / CCAI Voice AI Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering cutting-edge Contact Center AI solutions using the Google CCAI stack. This role is critical for supporting global Contact Center (CC) initiatives, including the modernization of legacy IVR systems into intelligent conversational AI platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Conversation Flow Design & Modeling: Design and implement conversation flows in Dialogflow CX, including entity modeling, intent modeling, and multi-turn dialog management to create seamless, natural user interactions.
• Solution Scoping & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, scope out modernization strategies for legacy IVR systems, and architect transitions to CCAI-based conversational routing and AI solutions.
• Integration & Architecture: Build backend architectures for CCAI solutions, integrating telephony systems (e.g., CXone or Cisco), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) components. Ensure robust integration with internal tech stacks like LLM Studio and Stormy.
• AI Enhancement: Leverage Vertex AI and LLMs for advanced reasoning, response generation, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities layered on top of Dialogflow CX to enable intelligent, context-aware interactions.
• Problem Solving & Implementation: Troubleshoot complex issues in voice AI deployments, conduct enterprise-level implementations (aim for 23 prior projects), and demonstrate solutions in client-facing scenarios.
• Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, developers, and client teams to prototype, test, and deploy CCAI solutions. Participate in live assessments and contribute to Centers of Excellence (COEs) for ongoing innovation.
• Documentation & Upskilling: Document architectures, flows, and integrations; support internal upskilling on CCAI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Experience in Contact Center AI or conversational AI development, with hands-on expertise in Google CCAI stack (Dialogflow CX/ES mandatory; Agent Assist preferred).
• Proficiency in Dialogflow CX for conversation flow design, entity/intent modeling, and multi-turn dialogs.
• Strong understanding of STT, TTS, and telephony integrations (e.g., CXone, Cisco).
• Backend architecture experience, including Python for API integrations (HTTPS endpoints) and Vertex AI/LLM implementation for reasoning and response generation.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions, scope projects, and modernize legacy IVR into CCAI solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in handling real-world enterprise challenges, such as high-volume call handling and integration with legacy systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication for client interactions; ability to present and demonstrate solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with at least 23 enterprise CCAI implementations, preferably in public sector or high-scale environments.
• Familiarity with RAG, advanced LLMs, and tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalable AI deployments.
