Job Description

Critical Skills to Possess:

  • Develop virtual agents: Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google platforms.
  • Implement conversational flows: Create complex, multi-turn, context-aware conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic for virtual agents.
  • Integrate systems: Develop webhooks and APIs to integrate conversational agents with various backend systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and databases.
  • Develop, test, and deploy conversational agents that meet project requirements and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces into existing systems and applications.
  • Customize and optimize Conversational agents to improve natural language understanding and overall conversational performance.
  • Implement context-aware conversations and handle complex user queries effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in conversational AI and implement best practices to enhance the performance of agents.
  • Monitor and analyze conversational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct thorough testing of conversational agents to identify and address any issues related to natural language understanding, user experience, and system integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
