Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- Lean expertise: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, PLC/DCS/SCADA platforms, industrial automation, and protective relays.
- Industry experience: 8+ years in power/industrial controls engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership or lean transformation roles.
- Analytical skills: Ability to apply data-driven methods to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize energy usage.
- Communication skills: Skilled at influencing stakeholders and presenting technical/lean concepts clearly.
