What You Will Do
- Perform technical project reviews
- Collaborate with design engineers of various disciplines to surface control system requirements and drive equipment requirements for controllability
- Develop project risk mitigation plans
- Coach and mentor Technical Leads
- Lead Root Cause Analysis efforts
- Support Engineering Services field personnel in technical resolution of field problems during escalations
- Handle multiple projects / activities
What You Will Bring
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Range: 1600000 INR - 2200000 INR
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in posted locations, and may be considered hybrid based on local regulations.
