Position Title: Controlling Executive

Purpose Of Role
The Controlling Executive will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial accounting, Audits and Assessments also ensuring adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across Finance, HR, and factory operations. This includes
daytoday handling of GST, Customs matters and coordination for labour law compliances, factory and environmental regulations, and general administrative oversight. The role ensures that the organization operates within the Financial and legal framework and maintains robust control processes.

Finance & Indirect Tax Compliances
- Financial accounting, auditing, assessments and knowledge IFRS reporting
- Manage GST registrations, monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and annual filings.
- Oversee Customs compliance, including documentation, coordination with CHA, duty calculations, and ensuring adherence to import/export norms.
- Monitor changes in GST/Customs laws and update internal processes accordingly.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audit requirements.
- EPCG, RoDTEP, DBK schemes
HR & Labour Law Compliances
- Ensure compliance of new labour code regulations like, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, etc.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and timely submissions.
- coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
- Support HR with compliance in onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
Coordination for Factory & Operational Compliances
- Ensure adherence to factory licenses, environmental clearances (MPCB), safety norms, fire compliance, and related renewals.
- Maintain documentation for pollution control board compliance (air, water, waste).
- Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production/Operations teams for statutory requirements.
General Administration
- Oversee general administrative compliance including vendor documentation, legal contracts, and asset management.
- Maintain company records, agreements, and compliance calendar.
- Support crossfunctional teams with compliance guidance and documentation.

- Qualification / Education
- CA / ICFAI / CMA / CA intermediate
- Working experience
- 8-10 years of experience in compliance, finance, HR statutory matters, or factory operations.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, factory and new labour code, Schemes like DBK, RoDTEP, EPCG.
- Good understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and followup skills.
- Ability to interact with government authorities and auditors.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problemsolving approach.
