Description

We are seeking an Associate for our Controllers - AWM[Private] Fund Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and accounting for private funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements for private funds.
Assist in the reconciliation of fund accounts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Assist in the preparation of investor reports and capital calls.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
