Job Description

Play a key role in transaction readiness and financial diligence
Own end-to-end accounting for a growing US technology business

Job Description

Own the complete monthly close process, including balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain accurate books using accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing workflows
Prepare monthly financial statements and detailed supporting schedules
Coordinate payroll entries and ensure correct accounting treatment
Support year-end tax preparation and work closely with external advisors
Prepare and organise financial data for audits, diligence, and potential transactions
Build and maintain structured financial data rooms
Ensure financials are consistent, clean, and audit-ready at all times

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Quickbooks exposure must | Data room prep, Annualized books
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Proven experience owning the full month-end close process
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Experience supporting audits, due diligence, or transaction processes
Exposure to US-based clients or companies
Preferred: SaaS or technology industry background and familiarity with investor reporting
