Control System Engineer 2-6 years exp OEM System / Industrial Automation Nashik location

Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation or equivalent

Salary Bracket UP to Rs. 5-10 lpa

Total open position 15 candidates.

Exposure to OEM platforms (Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Rockwell, Yokogawa, etc.).

Knowledge of process automation.

Experience in handling Project activities, FAT/SAT and site commissioning activities.

Proficiency in PLC, DCS, and SCADA configuration and testing.

• Strong understanding of field instrumentation and control system interfaces.

• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (I/O lists, P&IDs, control narratives, logic diagrams, C&E charts).

Interpret and implement customer inputs such as I/O lists, P&ID diagrams, control narratives, logic diagrams, and Cause & Effect charts from a system configuration perspective.

• Configure control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), including:

o Graphics development

o I/O database configuration

o Control loop setup

o Logic development and functional testing

• Integrate field instrumentation with control systems and validate interfaces.

• Establish and configure communication protocols for third-party system integration.

• Participate in system architecture design and support the complete project lifecycle from design to commissioning.

• Collaborate effectively within a team and maintain strong interpersonal communication.

• Travel to client sites as required for project execution and commissioning
