Job Description

Overview

This role would be primarily involved in the following activities:

    • Managing End-to-End India Co-man Controls
    • New Co-man set up and readiness well before commercial run
    • Provide support for Month end closure activities.
    • Supporting cross-functional teams in adhering to the applicable controls in place
    • Ensuring Balance sheet health i.e. Co-man and other related provisions, RM/PM inventory, Accounts Payables etc.
    • Ensuring process compliance & controls in Co-Man process (SOX & internal control) through commercial, physical, statutory & SOX audits at Co-man Plant.
    • End-to-end supervision Co-man process and control support to business toward timely closure of project.
    • Quarterly Co-man account and DMC reconciliation
    • Ensure production adherence and MUV review
    • Yearly Risk Assessment of Co-man process and ensure training to all cross functional stakeholder.
    • Monitoring of on-going capex project, CWIP tracking and timely capitalization, idle asset review and annual asset confirmation from co-man
    • Co-man contract tracking and ensure timely renewal.
    • Impart continuous training to co-man on business and control process
    • Visit to all the co-mans once in a year and audit at Co-man as per checklist

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting - Month End Close Process
    • Provide support for Month end closure activities related to Co-man
    • Error free month close through review of all adjustments and sub GL to GL differences

  • Audit & Compliance - Audits
    • Ensure SOX Compliance for Co-man and anchor all other internal and external audits
    • Yearly Risk assessment of applicable Co-man processes

  • Audit & Compliance - Process
    • Ensure stock controls in RMPM/FG stock, along with process controls
    • GST reconciliation support to Indirect Tax for Co-Man vendors

  • Business Partnering & Support - Operations/Backend Support
    • Partnering with cross-function for site start-up activities compliance
    • Provide commercial support on vendor finalisation and related vendor management activities
    • Provide Support on New Co-man Capex procurement process
    • Co-man contract renewal
    • Partnering with cross functions for agreement compliance.

  • Others
    • Quarterly Co-man account and DMC reconciliation.

Qualifications

    • CA with 3-5 years of prior experience in supply chain accounting preferably in an FMCG sector.
    • Experience in Financial Controls, Audits.
    • Require excellent communication skills.
    • Require excellent analytical and presentation skills.
