As a Control Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust control environment. You will collaborate with business executives to identify and assess compliance and operational risks, ensuring the effective design and testing of controls. Job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business executives to identify and assess compliance and operational risks.
  • Implement and test control measures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the firm's adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for decision-making processes.
  • Participate in project management activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated ability in control management, with a focus on identifying and assessing compliance and operational risks, showcasing skills equivalent to two or more years of experience.
  • Established skill in implementing and testing control measures in a financial or similar industry.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation for risk management.
  • Experience in project management with a track record of coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, with a history of identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and proficient digital literacy to enhance control processes, improve risk management strategies, and integrate advanced technologies into control frameworks.
  • Ability to automate solutions to streamline control operations, boost efficiency, and develop quantitative reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Skill in applying influence and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and ensure control measures align with industry standards and trends.
  • Emerging mentoring skills to support team development and promote a culture of compliance and accountability.
