Your Role

  • Administer and maintain IBM z/OS environments
  • Configure and optimize Control-M for batch job scheduling
  • Manage middleware components like CICS, MQ, DB2, IMS
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with global teams
  • Maintain SOPs and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM KPIs and SLRs
  • Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 preferred)

Your Profile

  • 6 to 12years of experience as a Lead and manage mainframe infrastructure operations (Z Series, Control-M)
  • Provide L3 support: advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation handling
  • Administer and optimize mainframe middleware environments
  • Maintain and update SOPs and service delivery documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs.
  • Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives
  • Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs
  • Support security management, monitoring, incident response, and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate effectively with local and global teams, including Japanese stakeholders
