EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6-15 Years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas Industry
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Strong Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for following Control & Safety System Deliverables:

• Preparation of Control and Interlock Narratives
• Preparation and checking of Cause & Effect Matrix
• In-depth knowledge in IEC-61508 & 61511
• Perform SRS Related activities like SIL calculation, SIF datasheets, Proof Test Procedures, SIF overview Drawing etc.
• Preparation and review of Instrument Index.
• Preparation and checking of Control system configuration database
• Preparation of Control System Architecture
• Preparation of Technical Specification
• Preparation of Enquiry and Purchase requisition for control system
• Preparation and checking of FAT/SAT Procedures
• Preparation of Logic Diagrams
• Preparation of Technical Operating Narrative
• Preparation of Interlock Checking Procedure
• Preparation of Wiring / Loop Diagram
• Knowledge of cabinet IGA/ OGA Layouts
• Vendor Document Review
• In-depth knowledge in DCS/ PLC programming
• Knowledge in configuration of Cape System for testing and simulation of SIS program
• Broad Knowledge in Engineering Execution including design, standards, codes, Safety Criteria, Field Engineering
• Requires demonstrated broad experience in DCS/PLC/SIS systems of reputed make (Honeywell, Triconex, Emerson, Yokogawa, Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Having TUV FS Engineer Certification would be an added advantage
