Roles And Responsibilities
Drafting business bids and tenders as well as assessing project's costs and guarantee that they are kept under control
Completing contract packages; specializes in contract terms for significant construction projects ;monitors internal and externalteams
Utilizing SAP applications for purchase orders, purchase requisition, request for quotation, outline agreement orders, reservations, gate
passes, service entries of PO budget monitoring in both PM and MM Module
Contracts Billing Works For Following Projects
Formulating Pre-bid analysis, benchmarking rates, and negotiating techno-commercial terms with contractors as well as MIS reports
Developing project baseline, monitoring controlling the schedule and associated communication; directing project activities with
responsibility for strategic utilization of available resources as per schedules
Assisting team in managing contracts, tendering, costing and conducting regular meetings to discuss the same, generating invoices, bills,
conducting follow-ups with the clients for payment
Studying contracts, ensuring business development, tenders contracts for infrastructure contracts such as roads, building construction
Executing civil duties BOQ/Specification/Drawings/Approved Field Quality Plan Power Plant/Building Projects
