We are seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to support real estate development, construction, and asset management projects. The role involves overseeing engineering aspects of projects, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and manage engineering-related contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards, contracts, and local regulations
- Evaluate technical submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress, quality, and compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Assist in project handover, commissioning, and close-out documentation
