Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver
residential real estate projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines with
experience is highrise. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery while meeting safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of residential construction projects
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage project risks, issues, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents
- Conduct regular site meetings and present progress reports to management
- Manage change orders, approvals, and project documentation
- Oversee project handover, snag-list clearance, and close-out activities
