This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.

Responsible for contract and commercial management within the IT space working closely with IT senior leadership. Establishing, and constantly improving strong commercial governance and practices across IT. Trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, works closely on commercial matters and gaining deep understanding of IT cost base to support strategic decision making aligned with procurement policies and procedures.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manages IT contracts to ensure obligations are known, documented, managed and reported across IT suppliers.
  • Accountable for commercial strategies for key IT suppliers, including benchmarking and opportunity review.
  • Maintains guidelines and standards for IT contracts including security standards and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Negotiates new and existing IT contracts including key commercial terms.
  • Manages risks and issues management across IT contracts.
  • Develops and implements supplier management framework including supplier scorecards and defines and implements improvement plans.
  • Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
  • Contributes into strategy development, develops plans and oversees the delivery and manages area.
  • Manages team, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success and key performance indicators (KPIs), including a continuous improvement culture.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
