8+ years of experience as CRM technical consultant
Work timings are 5PM IST to 2AM IST (Partial Night shift)
Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules,
Experienced in using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, ModelDriven & Canvas Apps
Strong understanding of AI and Copilot
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations
Well versed and experienced in implementation projects from scratch and support projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
