- Managed Windows environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies across multiple client
infrastructures.
- Performed server patching, OS updates, and security hardening ensuring compliance with minimal
downtime.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and mitigate performance flaws and perform diagnostics
to incidents related to AD services, outlook and other activities which required authoritative assistance.
- Maintain regular audits of all devices to keep track of the newly added and removed devices.
- Assist L2 and L3 infrastructure teams across Philippines and Canada to provide resolutions.
- Keep regular track on all virtualization platforms like VWare, VSphere, Vcenter, Esxi and Azure to ensure
the availability of the infrastructure for clients 24/7.
- Co-ordinated with the SOC team for installation and troubleshooting of AV Defenders, Sentinel Agents,
DNS Filter Agents for enhanced security.
- Administer the virtualization platforms, monitoring tools across multi-client environment under SLA driven
operations.
