Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Contracting Manager at our Mumbai location. The Operations & Contracting Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure seamless coordination among various teams, and manage costing, logistics for events and corporate travel. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, managing budgets, negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and solving operational challenges. The role also involves maintaining client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning and coordinating events, logistics, and registrations
  • Leadership and team management experience with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry and corporate event logistics
  • Experience in budgets, cost management, and process optimization
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, hospitality, or a related field
