Role: WhiteBox QA Engineer (Robot Framework /ETL/AWS)
Location hybrid onsite 2 days a week in Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Lead technical quality strategy for data-intensive cloud applications using Robot Framework, focusing on internal code logic, AWS infrastructure, Java API testing & complex data engineering pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Architecture: Design & scale Robot Framework suites using Python to automate complex whitebox and cloud-native workflows.
- Whitebox Strategy: Analyza source code to ensure exhaustive Statement, Branch, and Path coverage for internal logic validation.
- Data Pipeline Testing: Validate end-to-end batch runs and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and transformation accuracy.
- API Test Automation: Build and maintain comprehensive automation suites for API smoke tests to ensure core service availability, Load testing experience.
- Performance Engineering: Conduct high-scale performance testing to identify bottlenecks in data ingestion and AWS serverless execution.
- SQL & Cloud: Good understanding of SQL validation across AWS environments (Aurora MySQL) to verify backend consistency.
- Mentorship: QA best practices and data engineering quality standards.
Required Skills:
Robot framework, API testing (manual & automation), Data pipeline and Batch testing, Good SQL knowledge
