Contract Staffing Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Contract Staffing Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience and the ability to close positions within tight timelines

Job Title: Contract Staffing Recruiter

Experience: 3 Months to 1.5 Years

Location: Chennai

Experience : 3 Months to 1 .5 Yrs

Required Skills:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract staffing requirements

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Work closely with clients/vendors to understand requirements

Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Strong experience in contract staffing / IT recruitment

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

Good understanding of technical and non-technical roles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
