Role: Commercial/Contracts Analyst / Manager Infrastructure Sector
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Review correspondence with customers, analyse issues from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Support management in decision-making by providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Maintain contract and commercial documentation in an orderly, audit-ready manner.
- Liaise with partner organisations contracts teams for alignment, negotiation, performance and compliance.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, obligations, and escalations.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, amendments, & scopes.
- Identify commercial risks, suggest mitigation strategies.
- Preferably bring experience from infrastructure sectors: roads, energy, airports, or allied sectors.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience (4-5 years) in contracts / commercial analysis in infra / EPC environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
