Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a process to receive and address stakeholder queries related to contractual obligations
  • Ensure timely documentation and response to queries regarding SLAs from project execution teams, in line with relevant agreements

Mandatory Experience:

  • Experience in preparing RFP, EOI, and RFQ documents across various infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of procurement and bid process management, including issuing LOA/LOI and managing contract agreement signings
  • Familiarity with Turnkey Contracts and Standard Bidding Documents
  • Understanding of procurement manuals for different services such as consultancy and works
  • Experience working with PMU (Project Management Unit) teams at the state or central government level
