  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions for structural steel projects (QS-related work)
  • Review and manage project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements
  • Assist in measurement, taking-off quantities, and cost planning for projects
  • Ensure contractual documents and project requirements are properly followed and executed
  • Monitor project progress, variation orders, claims submissions, and payment certification processes
  • Assist in cost control and support resolution of contractual or commercial issues
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on project and contract matters
  • Maintain proper documentation for quotations, claims, and contract administration

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Singapore Structural Steel
  • Basic understanding of construction contracts (PSSCOC / SIA) will be an advantage but not compulsory
  • Able to handle basic estimation, measurement,and contract administration work
  • Good communication and coordination skills
