Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contract documents, including: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Construction tenders, Professional Services Agreements, Industry-standard construction contracts such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book, and FIDIC Yellow Book
- Assist in identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
- Prepare and maintain both main contract and subcontract documentation.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other counterparties.
- Participate in dispute avoidance and risk mitigation processes.
- Maintain contract tracking systems and document control processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to standardize templates, policies, procedures, and contract playbooks.
- Provide contract-related guidance and training to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- Chartered Surveyor accreditation (e.g., RICS or AIQS) preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor and/or data center construction projects.
- 3-5years experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy, QS consultancy, expert witness practice, or law firm.
- Strong contract administration and negotiation skills across various contract types.
- Knowledge of claims management and the SOP Act.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
