Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support contract lifecycle management, procurement platform operations, and vendor administration. This role involves reviewing and updating contracts, maintaining the contract repository, supporting procurement tools, and providing vendor-related administrative support. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and sharp documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, amend, and negotiate contract clauses in line with policy and legal standards
  • Review contracts, assess risks, and recommend improvements
  • Maintain and govern a centralized contract repository
  • Enforce compliance with contract management protocols
  • Support procurement platforms and provide user training
  • Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and renewals
  • Generate reports on contract performance and compliance
  • Assist in drafting policies and SOPs related to procurement and contracts

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor operations
  • Solid grasp of contract law and procurement workflows
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
