Job Description

Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and partner organizations

Ensure contracts align with project goals, legal requirements, and organizational policies, including timelines, deliverables, pricing, and quality standards

Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring execution, monitoring, and compliance management

Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including timely delivery of goods/services and adherence to regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence for audit purposes

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, consultants, and partners

Monitor contract-related expenditures, invoices, and payments; coordinate with finance and accounting teams

Manage contract amendments, modifications, and change orders with proper approvals

Approve contract materials, update documentation, and communicate status to internal/external stakeholders

Monitor TB and health-related sectors for tenders, evaluate new tenders, and provide input for necessary adjustments

Resolve legal disputes and ensure compliance with procurement and contract management procedures
