The CLM Manager supports our company's Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) organization and will be based in Gurgaon, India. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day contract lifecycle activities in partnership with GSP Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams globally.
CLM Associates play a critical role in enabling efficient, compliant, and consistent contract execution across our global vendor population, while supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned vendor contracts and ordering documents through the full contract lifecycle.
- Draft, review, and coordinate execution of contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and terminations using approved templates and playbooks.
- Partner with GSP Category Managers and Sourcing leads globally to support negotiations and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with Legal, Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to address contractual risk and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and documentation within CLM systems and repositories.
- Monitor contract milestones, expirations, renewals, and key obligations.
- Identify contractual risks, non-standard terms, or issues and escalate appropriately.
- Support reporting and analytics related to contract volumes, cycle times, and risk indicators.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and CLM system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; legal, business, or procurement-related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, and sourcing processes.
- Experience working with CLM platforms or contract repositories preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders
- Fluent in AI-enabled environments, using approved tools responsibly to improve throughput, accuracy, and insight while adhering to our risk and governance standards. At a minimum, all GSP employees should be able to leverage AI tools to draft, extract, validate, and optimize content that is applicable to their respective function and utilize AI tools to consistently create new content, innovation, and idea generation.
