Position: Contracts Engineer (Infrastructure)
JD:
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure (Buildings, Villas, Highrise Buildings etc.)
- Assist in contract management, Review terms and conditions, Track deliverables and deadlines, Support dispute resolution.
- Assist in contract management, Review terms and conditions.
- Experience in Pre and post contract management, variations, claim, EOT - extension of time, FIDIC conditions.
- Oversee contract administration, Review and manage variations and claims, Liaise with clients and legal teams, Ensure compliance with contract terms
