Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed studies of all contract documents.
2. Ensure efficient contract compliance and administration.
3. Formulate and implement project communication procedures.
4. Maintain all contract documents from award to close-out of Project.
5. Identify potential delay and claim events.
6. Issue timely contractual notices and contemporary submissions.
7. Develop strategic cases for claims realization.
8. Maintain and Submit EOT, claim and Change of Scope requests.
9. Develop and implement risk mitigation actions.
10. Guide site teams on contractual obligations.
11. Coordinate with site teams to identify new claims.
