Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Chennai. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all contracts are accurately prepared and executed. The Contract Administrator will monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating terms, identifying risks, and providing solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Procurement processes and related best practices
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; certifications in contract management are an advantage
