Position Summary
The Purpose of the role is to have Continuous Improvement in the organization and to have Innovation & Changes.
Follow CI (Continuous Improvement) practices related to Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence.
Work You'll Do
- Responsible for implementation of Hillenbrand Operating systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving,
- Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them.
- Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire).
- Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity.
- Responsible for Time and Motion study.
- Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people.
- Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination hence improving processes

Continuous Improvement team based at Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualifications
BE / BTech - Mechanical; Diploma in Mechanical
Min 5 years in Manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing training,
- Preferred Green Belt Certified,
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication,
- Computer skills,
