Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis 1 specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our culinary team in Mysuru, India.
As a Commis 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional continental dishes.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Properly handle, store, and rotate food ingredients and supplies
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service
Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes
Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by senior chefs
Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the kitchen
