About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive team performance at our café in Mysore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, team management, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently
  • Supervise and lead the café team to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders as required
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company policy
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Drive sales and work towards achieving monthly targets
  • Coordinate with central kitchen and management team
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance management

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of café operations, billing systems, and inventory management

Mandatory Language Skills
  • Kannada
  • Hindi
  • English

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Experience in multi-outlet or chain café operations is an added advantage
