Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently
- Supervise and lead the café team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders as required
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company policy
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Drive sales and work towards achieving monthly targets
- Coordinate with central kitchen and management team
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance management
Requirements- Proven experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of café operations, billing systems, and inventory management
Mandatory Language SkillsPreferred Qualifications- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- Experience in multi-outlet or chain café operations is an added advantage
