Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continental Commi I, located at The Mōcana Banyan | Biz Suites, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking continental cuisine with a focus on quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, assisting senior chefs, adhering to food safety protocols, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene and safe food handling standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and management
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality continental dishes
• Previous experience in a similar culinary role is preferred
• Relevant culinary certifications or training is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying kitchen demands
