We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental cuisine, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak times.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
- Proficient in preparing a variety of continental cuisines including French, Italian, and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
