Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality technical content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, product descriptions, and documentation.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for different target audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather accurate technical information.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all content.
- Review and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and technical correctness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer.
- Strong understanding of technical domains such as IT, software development, SaaS, digital marketing, AI, cloud computing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Ability to understand APIs, technical documentation, and software workflows.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
