Technical Content Writer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex technical information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical content including blogs, website pages, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and documentation.
- Understand product features and convert technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to gather information.
- Develop SEO-optimized content aligned with digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare user manuals, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all platforms.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to produce accurate content.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (Software / SaaS / IT products preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
