We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can develop engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for marketplaces, websites, and marketing materials. The candidate will be responsible for writing product listings, blogs, specification sheets, manuals, price sheets, FAQs, and brand-related content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize marketplace content (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) including product titles, bullet points, and descriptions
- Create high-quality website content including:
- Home page content
- About Us
- Brand Story
- Vision & Mission
- Product pages
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and articles
- Prepare detailed product specification sheets
- Draft product manuals and user guides
- Create and update price sheets
- Develop structured FAQs
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone
- Conduct basic keyword research for SEO optimization
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Experience in marketplace content writing
- Knowledge of SEO basics and keyword usage
- Ability to write technical and non-technical content
- Good research skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 13 years of experience in content writing
- Experience in e-commerce or product-based company preferred
