About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Writing & Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to live content production across multiple client accounts while supporting day-to-day content operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who can write well, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing tasks across content and coordination simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Content
- Write captions, carousel scripts, and short-form copy for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Adapt and maintain the voice and tone guidelines for assigned clients
- Draft video briefs for the editing team based on content requirements
- Repurpose existing content across formats as needed
Operations
- Maintain and update the content calendar across client accounts on a daily basis
- Track content status — from drafting through editing, approval, and publishing
- Coordinate with editors and designers to ensure timely delivery of content
- Escalate delays or blockers to the team lead proactively
- Prepare weekly content status summaries for internal review
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, or similar project tracking platforms
Preferred
- Prior experience writing content for fitness, wellness, or SaaS brands
- Exposure to a content agency or creator management environment
- Understanding of short-form video content and editing briefs
