Position Overview:
We are looking for an AI Content Writer Intern to join our SEO team. This role is centred around producing high-quality, long-form content including SEO blogs, articles, and ecommerce category pages, using AI tools as part of the writing workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with AI writing tools and brings sound editorial judgement to ensure every piece meets a high standard of quality, accuracy, and search relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to draft, expand, and refine long-form SEO content. Craft well-structured prompts that consistently yield high quality, on-brand output
- Critically evaluate AI-generated drafts for accuracy, readability, brand alignment, and E-E-A-T compliance. Edit and elevate until every piece meets publishing standards — AI is the starting point, not the finish line
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is genuinely informative, accurate, and positions the brand as a credible authority
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to create and refresh content that captures SERP real estate, with keywords aligned to NLP best practices
- Identify content gaps, suggest topics based on search trends and competitive analysis, and contribute to a content calendar that drives long-term organic growth
- Stay current on AI tools, prompt engineering, Google algorithm updates, and evolving SEO best practices
Skills & Requirements:
- Freshers with strong interest and looking to build a career in SEO content writing
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools and the ability to prompt effectively across content types and tones
- Deep editorial judgement — you know what good content looks like and can articulate why a piece works or doesn't
- Proven ability to write and edit long-form content (1,500–3,000+ words) that is both reader friendly and search-engine-friendly
- Strong grasp of on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent, meta content, internal linking, and content structure
- Familiarity with Google's helpful content guidelines, E-E-A-T framework, and spam policies
- Excellent written communication in English with strong attention to grammar, flow, and clarity
- Based in Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months (May convert into full time based on performance)
Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Full time, Onsite)
Stipend: 8 to 10K
Work Schedule:
- 10 am to 7 pm
- Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off; 1st and 3rd Saturdays WFH)
