Job Overview
We are an agency based in the US and are seeking a Content & Performance Marketing Executive who excels in social media content writing (especially LinkedIn) and has strong experience managing paid media campaigns and performance reporting across platforms such as Facebook, Google PPC, and LinkedIn Ads.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Social Media
- Write high-quality content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Create engaging captions, ad copies, and campaign content
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Track content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
Media Management & Reporting
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversions
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting
- Ensure efficient media spend through ongoing optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong content writing skills with proven experience in social media/LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and PPC campaigns
- Proficiency in Ads Manager platforms and analytics tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
- Ability to work independently during IST night shift hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B or LinkedIn-focused marketing
- Familiarity with SEO basics and conversion optimization
- Experience working with global or international clients
