About the Role

We are looking for a Content Writer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS product ecosystem spanning virtual collaboration, remote engagement, and online community platforms.

This is a high-impact writing role where you will shape narratives across multiple products—translating complex features into clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content for global audiences.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content including use cases, case studies, blogs, landing pages, and website content
  • Write engaging social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Develop short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts) in collaboration with design/video teams
  • Conduct competitor research and content benchmarking to refine messaging and positioning
  • Translate product features into clear value propositions and customer outcomes
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across multiple products
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form, distribution-ready assets
  • Track content performance and iterate based on engagement insights
What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / startup / tech content writing
  • Strong portfolio of use case-driven, customer-focused content
  • Experience writing for multiple products or brand lines (preferred)
  • Strong research and competitor analysis skills
  • Ability to adapt tone for web, blogs, social media, and video scripts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and design teams
Technical Skills

Research & Tools:

  • Excellent written communication
  • Competitor research & content benchmarking
  • SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization)
  • CMS tools (Webflow / WordPress or similar)
  • Basic analytics understanding (Google Analytics / Search Console – plus)
