About the RoleWe are looking for a Content Writer to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS product ecosystem spanning virtual collaboration, remote engagement, and online community platforms.
This is a high-impact writing role where you will shape narratives across multiple products—translating complex features into clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content for global audiences.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality content including use cases, case studies, blogs, landing pages, and website content
- Write engaging social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Develop short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts) in collaboration with design/video teams
- Conduct competitor research and content benchmarking to refine messaging and positioning
- Translate product features into clear value propositions and customer outcomes
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across multiple products
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form, distribution-ready assets
- Track content performance and iterate based on engagement insights
What We're Looking For- 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / startup / tech content writing
- Strong portfolio of use case-driven, customer-focused content
- Experience writing for multiple products or brand lines (preferred)
- Strong research and competitor analysis skills
- Ability to adapt tone for web, blogs, social media, and video scripts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and design teams
