Endeavor Academy is a fast-scaling outsourcing and content solutions company serving global clients across EdTech, publishing, accessibility, and AI/data domains. We operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, requiring continuous hiring of specialized freelance talent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles on a contract/freelance basis for Noida/Indore location,

This is a pure execution role—you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple specialized domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and niche communities
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on domain-specific requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
  • Manage assignment/sample test coordination
  • Maintain structured trackers and hiring pipelines
  • Ensure fast turnaround from sourcing → interview → onboarding
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal team

Hiring Domains (Mandatory Experience)

You must have prior experience hiring across multiple of the following domains:

Accessibility

  • Accessibility Remediation (PDF, EPUB, WCAG)
  • Accessibility Testing

Technology

  • Frontend Development (React.js / JavaScript)
  • Desktop Support / IT Support

Operations

  • Program Management

Content

  • Content Testing
  • Content Writing / SMEs

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong background in contract / freelance recruitment
  • Ability to handle multi-domain hiring simultaneously
  • Experience with volume hiring (50+ roles/month preferred)
  • Strong screening skills (must assess quality, not just source)
  • Familiarity with hiring tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google Sheets, ATS)
  • High ownership, speed, and follow-up discipline

Preferred

  • Experience in outsourcing / staffing / agency environments
  • Familiarity with assessment-based hiring workflows
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) or EdTech hiring

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

  • Number of qualified candidates submitted
  • Submission-to-selection ratio
  • Time-to-hire
  • Candidate quality and retention

Compensation

  • Per hire / monthly retainer / hybrid model
  • Performance-based incentives for successful closures
  • Long-term engagement for consistent performers
