- Develop high-impact long-form and short-form content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, product briefs, and web content.
- Translate complex BFSI technology concepts into clear, engaging, and authoritative narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, leadership) to align content with business goals.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with content assets across multiple formats: emailers, infographics, video scripts, and social posts.
- Conduct deep research to stay updated with BFSI trends, regulations and innovations (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud-native platforms).
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and thought leadership positioning.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all digital and offline channels.
- Contribute to analyst engagement, award submissions, and industry recognition efforts through high-quality content.
Requirements
- 56 years of experience in content writing for BFSI technology or fintech domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial software solutions (e.g., lending platforms, transaction banking, treasury, risk & compliance systems).
- Proven ability to research, analyze, and simplify complex technical topics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Finance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with industry terms used by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or IBS Intelligence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
