Content Writer

Writing a website description for all incoming products with a focus on usability, dimensions, and attributes

Verification of the incoming design v/s the actual product manufactured and highlighting any difference(s)

Uploading all the products to the Nestasia website along with the product images provided by the graphics team (Shopify based platform)

Writing weekly blogs / social media captions / FAQs / other content for the website

Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content

Create and implement content schedules for people to produce or update content

Produce maps and visualizations of the website to help staff understand the structure and function of the website

Write and edit web copy

Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining informative

Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events

Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

Track and report on all site metrics

Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company

Work cooperatively with key team members

Strong interpersonal skills

Avid interest in decor and furnishing

Fluent in written and spoken English

Understanding of keywords and Search Engine Optimization

Attention to detail

Prior experience of minimum 1 year in working with content creation and website management
