About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writer who understands that content is not just for engagement — it's for building authority, nurturing trust, and supporting conversions.
This role goes beyond writing.
You will work on:
- LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders
- Social media content across platforms
- Sales funnel communication (emails, WhatsApp, outreach)

Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Ghostwriting (Core)
Write high-quality LinkedIn content for founders:
- Thought leadership posts
- Storytelling-based posts
- Authority-building content
- Capture and maintain the founder's voice and tone
- Convert raw inputs (calls, voice notes, rough ideas) into structured content
2. Multi-Platform Content Writing
Create content for:
- Instagram (captions, reel scripts)
- YouTube (scripts, hooks, descriptions)
- Twitter/X (short-form, sharp ideas)
- Adapt the same idea differently for each platform
3. Sales Funnel Content
Write content across funnel stages:
- Awareness (educational, insight-driven)
- Trust-building (case studies, stories, POVs)
- Nurturing (emails, WhatsApp messages)
- Soft conversion (non-salesy CTAs)
Support:
- Lead nurturing sequences
- Webinar or lead magnet journeys
- Follow-up messaging
4. Cold Outreach Writing
Write:
- LinkedIn DMs
- Email outreach
- WhatsApp outreach
Understand:
- Cold vs warm audience messaging
- Follow-up psychology
- Objection-handling through content
5. Content & Growth Thinking
Understand what type of content:
- Drives engagement
- Builds authority
- Supports inbound leads
- Collaborate with strategy & social media teams
Required Skills
Strong writing skills in simple, human, conversational English
Proven experience in:
- LinkedIn ghostwriting
- Social media content writing
Understanding of:
- Content formats & hooks
- Audience psychology
- Sales funnels & buyer journey
Experience Required
2–4 years of relevant experience
Portfolio showcasing:
- LinkedIn content (ghostwritten or personal)
- Social media writing
- Any funnel or outreach content (preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience with founder-led or B2B brands
- Ability to write Hinglish content
- Understanding of organic growth principles
- Familiarity with CRM or lead nurturing systems
