Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices into all content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO and design teams to ensure content is technically sound, visually appealing, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Maintain and manage content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all content projects.
- Adapt content tone and style to match the unique brand voices and target audiences of different clients and industries.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and client-specific topics to generate fresh, relevant, and authoritative content ideas.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by creating persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
- Review and proofread all outgoing content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyse content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, time on page, conversion rates) and apply insights to future content strategy.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute creative ideas for innovative content campaigns.
Requirements
- Pursuing or a recent graduate in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content; a strong portfolio/work samples are highly preferred.
- Foundational understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and how to naturally integrate keywords into copy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic SEO tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush) is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into simple, engaging language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation and Workplace
- Salary: 8,000 to 15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
