At Dime, we build high-retention, scroll-stopping content. This is a Founder's Office role, meaning you'll work directly with the founder, helping shape and scale a 1M+ creator account and the content ecosystem around it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write high-engagement short-form video scripts
• Work directly with the founder on content strategy and execution
• Help grow and scale a 1M+ audience creator brand
• Turn complex ideas into simple, addictive storytelling
• Learn hooks, pacing, and audience psychology in real time
